Hosting Instawalk Charlotte with
The Light Factory Museum of Photography and Film Paparazzi
Erin is pleased to announce she is hosting the first Instawalk Charlotte with The Light Factory Museum of Photography and Film Paparazzi. The first #InstawalkClt is October 6, 2012 at 2pm. The meeting location is The Light Factory Museum in Uptown Charlotte.
Erin is not the brains behind the Instawalk idea but excited to bring this global idea to The Light Factory. She states all the "Kool Kids" are doing it so why not embrace the culture of real time visual messages. Erin believes mobile photography is & has taken over the basic point and click cameras for several reasons and confesses "My iphone is my pocket camera and allows me to snap fun photos with the intent of social media posting for fun". She clearly states "it will not take over professional cameras" but understands "visual culture is rapidly changing and should be embraced as visual communications shift with technology."
Erin will announce additional Instagram programs prior to #InstawalkClt but is most excited to share her favorite hometown museum with Instagram users who may not know about The Light Factory Museum of Photography & Film. In closing Erin adds "Clear the gigs, Charge up, hash tag are #InstawalkClt & #TheLightFactory and join the first Instawalk Charlotte... Oh and its free and always will be."
